Manchester United has begun discussions to sign a Manchester City player for €50 million in a potential January transfer. The player's decision to leave City is already finalized. This could mark a rare cross-city move between the two clubs. The talks come as City considers the player's potential departure in January. United has been offered the opportunity to secure the player in a unexpected move.
“United has been offered the opportunity to secure the player in a unexpected move,” — Nadia Ashcombe, research director at Shipley Wick Recruitment, added during the briefing.
