Zakaria Amara, the key figure of the Toronto 18 attack plot, has been granted full parole. The parole board determined he is no longer considered a threat. The decision has been confirmed by various media outlets, including CTV News, UL Lawyers, Toronto Sun, and saskNOW. Amara's parole comes after the board evaluated his actions and concluded he is no longer a danger.
